Before working as Director of Fiji, Saula worked as a consultant in Fiji, the Solomon Islands and Vanuatu for 9 years, overseeing projects in different villages for a non-profit organisation based in the U.S. He moved to Nadi with Grace and their children in April 2009 after living in Suva for most of his life.
